Are the 15-minute phone calls really unlimited?
Yes, with reasonable scheduling. Calls are booked through your Driveway portal and subject to availability. To make sure every member gets access at convenient times, we ask that members limit their calls to one per day.
Will you train my staff to avoid future problems?
Absolutely. Premium plan members receive 2 hours of attorney legal work per month, and you can use those hours for staff training on best practices, the legalities of car sales, compliance procedures, or any other legal topic. Training can be in person or by Zoom.
Does The Driveway cover litigation?
All plans include new litigation consultations, so if you're served with a lawsuit or considering filing one, you can discuss strategy. Premium members can use their monthly 2 hours of legal work for litigation. And every member receives a discount off all legal services, including litigation fees.
What forms are in the Contract Library?
The library is organized into sections: Corporate Structure, Government Compliance, Floor Plan Financing, Auctions, Sales, Finance, Insurance, Abandoned Vehicles, Repossession, and Litigation. Premium members get access to an additional Premium-only section with extra forms and contracts.
What is a 'Life Audit'?
The Life Audit is an annual call or meeting and extensive questionnaire exclusively for Premium member dealership owners. We review matters beyond your business: personal budgets, debts, family planning, even your home mortgage rate. If our referral service can connect you with a broker to reduce it, we will. Premium members receive holistic support.
What commitment is required?
The initial commitment is 4 months. After that, you can continue month-to-month or switch to annual billing. We believe the value speaks for itself.
Do you offer discounts on memberships?
Yes. All plans are available as month-to-month or yearly subscriptions. Members who choose yearly billing receive one month free.
How do I cancel my membership?
We believe you won't want to, but if you need to cancel after your 4-month commitment, send us a message through your portal. All cancellations require 30 days advance notice.
