Steven founded Lefkoff Law to give Georgia business owners the kind of strategic, plain-spoken counsel he wished were available when he started in finance. With a finance degree from the University of Illinois and a law degree from the University of Georgia, he brings a business operator's instincts to every legal question, translating compliance, litigation, and risk into the cost-and-trade-off language his clients already speak.

Lesley brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to her practice, focused on understanding her clients' businesses so she can protect what they've built and help it grow. She believes good transactional work is about anticipating problems before they arise, drafting and negotiating agreements that are clear, durable, and built to serve her clients' long-term goals.
Lesley focuses her practice on trademarks, contracts, and general business and corporate matters, along with a range of other transactional work. She advises clients through the full lifecycle of their commercial agreements and intellectual property, from formation and drafting through negotiation and enforcement, with an emphasis on practical solutions tailored to each client's objectives.

Ashley runs the operational side of Lefkoff Law, including client experience, accounting, and HR. Before relocating to Atlanta in 2017, she spent eight years at a Baton Rouge dispute-resolution firm, where she led accounting, HR, and IT, and built the internal software that the firm still runs on today.
